Prashant Kavale is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and Partner at Doroite Dreams Consulting, bringing over three decades of cross-sectoral leadership in pharmaceuticals, biopharma, medical devices, and advanced manufacturing industries. With deep-rooted expertise in International projects , Hi tech industry project execution and Cross country network, he leads the firm’s mission to enable high-growth ventures scale through strategic capital structuring and global investor access. An Engineer and MBA in International Business and Finance, Prashant leverages his techno-commercial acumen to craft bespoke growth pathways for Indian and international clients across the life sciences and technology sectors.
Having delivered over 500+ regulated projects across 50+ countries, Prashant has earned a global reputation as a visionary in high-technology project execution, cleanroom infrastructure, and regulatory compliance. His experience spans sterile injectables, oncology and hormonal plants, medical device manufacturing, and now, emerging sectors like semiconductors, PV solar, and energy transition. At Cipla, GMP Technical Solutions, and Klima Cleanroom, he led multi-million-dollar projects from concept to commissioning, with a strong focus on investor readiness, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence.
At Doroite Dreams, Prashant leads engagements in IPO readiness, SME and Main Board listings, corporate due diligence, and cross-border M&A for high-potential companies. His extensive network with venture capital, private equity, and institutional investors is instrumental in structuring equity and debt transactions. He is especially focused on enabling strategic growth in India’s innovation-driven sectors, aligning capital with impact, and championing the ‘Make in India for the World’ vision across healthcare, medtech, clean energy, and digital health ecosystems.
